Cynthia Blanch Lujan, a longtime resident of Olympia, Washington, died Saturday, July 18, 2015 at Saint Anthony’s Hospital in Gig Harbor of natural causes. She was 63. She was born to Henry and Amelia Lujan on June 27, 1952, in Roswell, New Mexico. She graduated from Olympia High School and South Puget Sound Vocational Tech School.
