Dianna Zamora, 63, passed away on January 20, 2015 in Roswell. Dianna was born on March 24, 1951 to Roy E. Denney and Johnnie Moore in Roswell, NM.
After earning her bachelor’s degree in teaching, she taught school for 25 years in the NM school system. Dianna married Gene Zamora on March 30, 1999 in Carrizozo, NM.
Her passions in life were traveling, sewing, spending time with her family and her dogs: Buddy, Shadow, Wookey and Maggie.
Preceding her in death is a sister, Pamela Sue Denney.
Surviving Dianna is her husband, Gene Zamora; two daughters: Tammy Cunningham (Charles) of Hobbs, NM and Tonya Crabb (Alex) of Iowa; four grandchildren: Chandler Cunningham, Kaylee Cunningham, Michael Crabb and Joseph Crabb; four stepchildren: Gen Zamora (Tracy) of San Angelo, TX, Della Reeves (Jim), Eric Zamora (Frances) and Jennifer Salazar (Danny) all of Roswell, NM. Also surviving her are 18 step-grandchildren and four step-great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 24, 2015 from 4-6 p.m. at Anderson-Bethany Funeral Home Chapel.
Family requests that donations be made either to the Roswell Humane Society or Artesia Animal Clinic.
